| BIRD HUNTING |
| The most beautiful scene of hunting that I have seen is the falling of Black Partridge by Shot Gun in green field. We hunt almost all Halal (food suitable for Muslims) birds that we have in our area. Almost every year we hunt few numbers of Sand Grouse and Great Indian Bustard. As meat of Doves is also very tasty so some times we hunt them also. We all are trained in flying shooting. But the most talked about bird hunt is the hunt of the Partridges. |

| PARTRIDGE HUNTING (TETAR KA SHIKAR) |
| Almost every year many guests are invited for Partridge Hunting in our area. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi, Mr. Aaqib Khan Jatoi, Mr. Liaquat Ali Jatoi, Mr, Zafarullah Jamali, Mr. Jasim Khan and Mr. Jamil Bhugti they all had visited our area. When the sun rises and sets Partridges start shouting and their shouting becomes the main reason of their kill. Villagers kill Partridges by the help of net. It is very sad that know this precious bird is in very less number in Pakistan and the reason is violent hunting of Partridges. Now- a- days we hunt Partridges almost twice in a year, the highest score of Partridges that I have seen in our area is 150 Partridges in one day. |

| TYPES OF PARTRIDGES |
| There are many types of Partridges in the world but the Partridges of hot areas are different as compared to the Partridges of cold areas. They differ in color and size very much. By the Grace of God we have Black Partridge (see above picture) in our area. Another common type is of light brown color. People really love the shouting of Black Partridge. Its sound is really great. The little type of Partridge is called Quail. (See Pictures Below) |

| Quail is the small bird of Partridge Family (Bater or Bharoo Tetar). Quails are of many kinds, one of them is White Quail found in some parts of Balochistan. Its speed is very fast and shooting flying Quail with Shot Gun is little bit difficult as compared to Partridges (Tetar). Quail is in found in large numbers in some areas of Balochistan Province. People hunt them alive by playing their sound in tape record. |
